Sodium Carbonate, Certified Organic Mustard Seed Powder, Pure Grade Essential Oils Of Wintergreen, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Thyme And Gum Benzoin.

DIRECTIONS

Foot Bath– Dissolve 1 large Tbl. spoon of the formula in a bowl of hot water. Soak for 20 minutes. Finish with a short cold soak.

Full Bath – Add 2 oz, two scoops, to a hot bath (keep it hot). Add a little extra for a large tub. Relax in the water for 20 minutes. Finish with a cold shower, dry with a rough towel, rest and keep warm for best results.
